Terms and Conditions

•These terms and conditions apply only for public courses. Other terms and conditions may apply for other course arrangements

• Without any liability on Rowad, we reserve the right to reschedule any course

• Course cancellation:

* Has to be in writing

* Full refund is granted for cancellations submitted 10 working days before the course date

* “No show” will be due for full payment

* If the course was cancelled by Rowad, full refund will be made to the customer

• Substitute delegates are welcome

• Rowad Aletkan reserves the right to refuse attendance on courses if there is any outstanding payment

• Free retake is subject to availability

• Except for Referral Discount, the maximum discount limit is 20%

• Fees refund takes from 4 to 6 weeks of time

• Registration will be automatically cancelled, if payment is not received within a week from the registration date
